LifeAfter is an MMORPG with an emphasis on both action and survival. Players control one of the last few survivors on a zombie apocalypse by aiding in finding refuge, building defense systems, teaming up with other survivors and battling a bunch of threats.
After starting out a new game, you design how you want your avatar to look like, selecting one of several options for customization. Pick if you want to play as a male or female character, customize their clothes, haircut and facial features. Plus, you can pick each character's race and the color of their faithful dog, who'll accompany you at all times.
Controls in LifeAfter are well-adapted to touchscreen smartphones. Towards the left of your screen, there's a virtual joystick that handles movement. On the right, there's a set of action buttons. Plus, you'll also find a map with important information to keep tabs on your location at any given moment, including shortcuts to your weapons and tools.
In LifeAfter, you can create all kinds of useful tools by picking up different materials including rocks, metals, and pieces of wood. You can also build much larger structures like doors, windows, walls, flooring, tables and much more.
The main difference between LifeAfter and other survival games like the well-known Last Day on Earth is that there is a much more complex and detailed world to explore. Instead of starting out in an empty arena where you have to build a base, this game starts off in a much more spectacular way.
LifeAfter is an outstanding survival MMO. It has a unique online component and provides you with the chance to create alliances and collaborate with other survivors, or otherwise you can just opt to enjoy the game on your own as well. Graphics in this game are excellent, and fully adjust to the needs of your smartphone directly from the main option menu.
